Mia is a local street dog, who was found to have a form of sexually transmitted cancer.

We took Mia in, and over the course of six months, transported her to the vets for chemotherapy.

Like most of the animals we have contact with, Mia was very good natured, and seemed to know that we were helping her.

Mia was cured of her cancer, was neutered and vaccinated and released back onto the streets that she calls home.

We now keep a regular check on her, to ensure she continues to thrive.
